Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Introduction

ETI-NET is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and with integrity. We recognize our responsibility to respect human rights and to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and throughout our supply chains.
This statement outlines the steps ETI-NET has taken, and continues to take, to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chains, in accordance with applicable legislation, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our Business

ETI-NET develops and supports enterprise software and hardware solutions for mission-critical computing environments. Our activities include software development, system integration, professional services, and customer support. We operate primarily in North America and Europe and work with a limited number of strategic suppliers and partners.

Our Supply Chains

ETI-NET’s supply chains primarily consist of:
Technology hardware vendors and manufacturers
Software and cloud service providers
Professional services and consulting partners
Corporate service providers (legal, accounting, payroll, and logistics)
We assess our supply chain risk as relatively low due to the technical nature of our products and the geographic regions in which we operate. Nevertheless, we remain vigilant and proactive in managing potential risks.

Policies and Governance

ETI-NET maintains internal policies and practices that support ethical conduct and compliance, including:
A Code of Conduct applicable to employees and contractors
Ethical employment and fair labor practices
Compliance with applicable labor, employment, and human-rights laws in all jurisdictions where we operate
We expect our suppliers and business partners to uphold similar standards and to comply with all applicable laws related to labor, employment, and human rights.

Due Diligence and Risk Management

To mitigate the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking, ETI-NET:
Engages primarily with reputable suppliers and partners with established compliance programs
Evaluates suppliers during onboarding and periodically thereafter
Reserves the right to review or terminate relationships where ethical standards are not met
Where appropriate, we seek assurances from suppliers that they comply with relevant labor and human-rights laws.

Training and Awareness

ETI-NET promotes awareness of ethical business practices among its leadership and employees. Relevant personnel involved in procurement, operations, and partner management are expected to understand and support our commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking.

Reporting and Accountability

Employees and contractors are encouraged to report any concerns related to unethical behavior, including potential human-rights violations, through appropriate internal channels. All reports are taken seriously and investigated where necessary.

Continuous Improvement

ETI-NET is committed to continuously improving its policies, procedures, and practices to strengthen safeguards against modern slavery and human trafficking as our business and supply chains evolve.
